You can book a session through our website, by phone, or via email. We offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends, to fit your schedule.

Our fees vary depending on the type and length of the session. We’re happy to discuss pricing during your initial consultation and offer package discounts for multiple sessions.

We understand that life happens! We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
