Terms and Conditions for Clients

Welcome to our practice. These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and us (the practitioner) for clinical hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and coaching services. By booking and attending sessions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality
.1. All sessions are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except in the following situations:
•If there is a legal requirement (e.g., court order).
•If we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.
 
1.2. Notes taken during sessions are securely stored in compliance with data protection regulations.

2.1. Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
2.2. Payment for sessions must be made in advance to confirm your booking. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
2.3. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.

3.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
3.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.
3.3. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be accommodated at our discretion, depending on availability.

4.1. If you arrive late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments.
4.2. Full session fees will apply regardless of late arrival.

5.1. Refunds for pre-paid sessions will only be provided if cancellation is made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
5.2. Refunds are not available for missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours.

6.1. We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Clients are expected to engage respectfully with the process and the practitioner.
6.2. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session, with no refund provided.

7.1. As practitioners, we are committed to providing professional and ethical services tailored to your needs.
7.2. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as progress depends on individual engagement and commitment.

8.1. You agree to fully participate in the therapeutic or coaching process and communicate openly.
8.2. Hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and coaching are not substitutes for medical treatment, and you should continue any prescribed medical care.

9.1. You may terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time with notice.
9.2. We reserve the right to terminate services if we believe they are no longer beneficial, or if terms and conditions are breached.

10.1. Online sessions require a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space.
10.2. Technical issues that disrupt the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

11.1. If you have any concerns about our services, please raise them directly so we can address them promptly and professionally.

By booking and attending sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us before your session.
